Q: When will my cover ship? When will my cover ship? A: Ready to ship covers usually ship within 1 to 2 business days of payment receipt. If your cover requires making, please allow up to 10 business days for it to be created. I usually can get the cover made faster, but it depends on how many other cart covers I have to make first & it depends on my daughter's schedule. Remember, I am a one person company & a wife and mommy too. :) If you need your cart cover by a certain date, please contact me BEFORE purchasing to check my work load. I will try to accomodate you, but please contact me BEFORE purchasing. Q: How will my cover be shipped? How will my cover be shipped? A: Your shopping cart cover will ship either USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post. You will select the method that you prefer during checkout. Shipping charges will be added at checkout and are based on your zip code. Q: What is included with the cart cover? What features are included with the shopping cart cover? A: Please visit the "features" page for a detailed list of standard features. Q: Do you really make all of the covers yourself? Do you really make all of the covers yourself? A: Yes, each shopping cart cover is made by me right here in the USA. I also do all of the purchasing, website maintenance, marketing and shipping. I am a sleep deprived WAHM who appreciates all of my customers who support my little mommy business. Q: Are other fabrics available? Do you have other fabrics available? A: I try to keep the website updated with all of the fabrics that I have on hand. But, there may be times when I have a few other fabrics that I have not photographed yet. If you are looking for something in particular, you can contact me to see if I have it. If not, you could purchase the fabric & send it to me. Then I would make you a custom shopping cart cover. Q: Is shipping insurance available? Is shipping insurance available to purchase? A: Yes, shipping insurance is available to purchase. It is recommended though not required. So far I have never had a package lost by the postal service, but it is a good idea to purchase the insurance to protect yourself just in case.
